Brigadier General Paul Seidu Tanye-Kulono, Acting Director-General of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), announced comprehensive reforms targeting transit taxes and demurrage charges during a high-level ministerial visit to Tema Port, marking a strategic shift in Ghana’s maritime competitiveness strategy.
